How long does the round trip take from drop-off to return?
Standard cleaning is 2 to 4 weeks. Preservation (cleaning plus archival boxing) is 4 to 6 weeks. Emergency same-day cleaning is available when a wedding date requires it.
Can I bring the gown in myself instead of pickup?
Yes. Some Southeast Wisconsin brides prefer to drop the gown off at our Naperville, IL facility on the way to a Chicago-area event. Either option is free.
Do you handle heirloom gowns that are already yellowed?
Yes — restoration is a separate service from cleaning. We assess the gown in-house and give a good-faith estimate before any restoration work begins.
