I knew my dress would be in good hands. The dress came back immaculate and beautifully boxed, and the owner is kind and clearly cares a lot about his business. Price was more than fair and transparent. He took the time to explain the process and what to expect and did so cheerfully. I live in TN, and after speaking with other cleaners locally, I decided to go with this company as my sister who lives in IL had such great things to say. We are so glad we did!! Haven’t opened my box so can’t speak to how things look (or if my dress is even in there LOL) but I trust the photos received from Steve and the dress looked amazing in them despite me walking through the puddles of booze on wedding night and practically street sweeping cigarettes in the city of Chicago on wedding day!! This company helped get some dark marks off my dress that happened during alterations, thankfully they were able to clean the dress to mint condition only a week before my wedding day.
