We understand a few of you will want to Visit Our Plant or Drop-Off. If you prefer to do this, we will happily welcome you, and we will still deliver your gown back to you when it is finished.

Our cleaning and preservation plant’s operational hours are slightly different than our front office scheduling hours, so please call first to make sure we are there or to set an appointment.

We use our own drivers, and our drivers serve all of Chicagoland.

Your dress only needs to be contained in something to carry, garment bag, shopping bag, etc… No need for shippable packaging as we personally transport each dress.

If you are outside of our FREE Pickup and Delivery Area we offer FREE Shipping via UPS to and from your nearest UPS Store. Call for details and shipping label.
